Draft Orchard
Service levels
What we aim for, what counts against it, and how you hear when something goes wrong.
99.5% of every month
Draft Orchard aims to be up and working 99.5% of the time in every calendar month. In a 30-day month that allows about 3 hours 36 minutes of downtime in total.
“Up” means the site answers and can reach its database, checked from outside every few minutes. Downtime is counted from the first failed check to the first good one.
This is a target, not a refund promise: missing it does not earn a credit. If we miss it, we will tell you why and what we changed so it does not happen again.
What does not count
- Planned maintenance we tell you about at least two days ahead.
- Problems inside the services we connect to for you — Google sign-in, the social networks and Google Business Profile we publish to, and your own website's host — when Draft Orchard itself is working.
- Problems on your side: your internet connection, your network's filters, or your browser.
When something goes wrong
We email your team’s account owners, and post the same news on our status page, with when the next update will come. When it is fixed, we say what happened and whether you need to do anything.
